You might remember a few months ago I was honored to be included in Jason Alba’s book “I’m on Facebook…Now What?” The book was published by a small Northern California publisher “HappyAbout” started by my friend Mitchell Levy. Mitchell and I have been talking for months about me writing a book about my experiences as a “Master Connector” among other things. Anyway, Mitchell mentioned a book about the Beatles he was about to publish and I was immediately taken by the idea as I have been a Beatles fan since they first appeared on Ed Sullivan.

This is not just another story about the Beatles and the magical l960s. It’s the tale of reaching for the stars and achieving every teenage boy’s ambition. It’s an adventure that took Paul Tennant on an exciting journey from the back streets of Liverpool in l959 to the heart of the Beatles empire in London in l967. It’s the story of Paul Tennant’s struggle in a working-class family, with his mother suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and how he overcame some pretty hard times to eventually make a record and hit the big time in London.
Paul McCartney says that “Paul Tennant’s story about Liverpool and his year with Apple is fascinating. I am pleased to have played a small part in it.”
